Had a strange one today. A user (who’s email had recently been compromised) was saying they were not receiving emails… when I looked I found all the emails were going into her RSS Feed Folder. There were no rules setup to do this, so turned to Google and found this fixed it:
I resolved by running outlook.exe /cleanserverrules
