Alarm format fields define syntax you can use to customize the way alarms appear in an alarms list.
In a standard project, you would typically apply the syntax to the Alarm Format and Summary Format fields in the Alarm Category Properties to define how the alarms associated with a particular category will display (category zero (0) being the default for all categories).
