The Command Bar is located below the Activity Menu. It displays commands that represent one or more actions that can be performed within the selected activity.
Each option (button) in the Command Bar performs a specific task. Command Bar options may have one or more sub-options accessed via a drop down control. For example, the Add option in the Home tab consists of the following tasks/commands as shown below.
If there is not enough space to display all the commands for the activity, 
will display on the right-hand side at the end of the Command Bar showing you the commands that cannot be accommodated in the Command Bar. For example, the Project activity will show the following menu when you click .
